Algorys is an AI systems, automation, data, and cloud implementation company. This is not a generic lead generation role: we need someone who has helped grow technical service businesses and knows how to win clients on Upwork.

What you will do

Build pipeline, run the motion, and improve it from real feedback.

The work blends outbound execution, Upwork response, discovery, qualification, and founder-level market learning.

Outbound pipeline

Build the engine for targeted outreach instead of waiting for inherited leads.

  • Prospect across LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Build targeted lead lists for B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, and real estate technology buyers.
  • Run outbound campaigns and improve messaging based on results.

Upwork motion

Find relevant opportunities, respond intelligently, and improve the proposal loop.

  • Identify and respond to relevant Upwork opportunities.
  • Bring strong Upwork results, such as clients won, revenue generated, interviews booked, proposals improved, or accounts scaled.

Sales conversations

Move conversations from interest to discovery with clear qualification and next steps.

  • Convert LinkedIn connections into real conversations.
  • Join and run discovery calls with prospects.
  • Qualify opportunities quickly and know when not to spend more time.

Founder feedback loop

Turn calls, rejections, and lost deals into a better GTM process.

  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, next steps, and deal progress.
  • Bring market feedback back to the founders after calls, rejections, and lost deals.
  • Help improve our GTM process, not just execute tasks.
What we are looking for

Technical sales judgment, not scripted outreach.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, growth, SDR, or GTM.
  • Preferably a technical background in CS, IT, software, data, AI, or automation.
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch, not only working inherited leads.
  • Working knowledge of outbound tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Upwork results, such as clients won, revenue generated, interviews booked, proposals improved, or accounts scaled.
  • Ability to understand and sell technical services intelligently.
